The Foundation uses a Modified Colorado Common Grant Application. Available each
March, upon request to the Foundation, is a grant application packet which contains
Grant Guidelines and Program Overview, Application Procedures and Modified
Colorado Common Grant Application Checklist. The Foundation welcomes the
opportunity to communicate with grant seekers. The Foundation fully understands that
valuable resources are typically devoted to the submission of a grant application and
encourages contact with the Foundation office to determine if the work of an agency
aligns with current funding priorities. The annual proposal submission deadline is May 1.
Applicants will be notified in writing of all grant decisions. Grants are awarded in
November.
